Use of Knowledge
Last Wednesday, we continued our discussion, which was primarily focused on the application of knowledge. Our facilitator provided examples of how knowledge is utilized in various situations. One of the examples involved the decision to buy bread. Specifically, the information that one pandesal costs 5 pesos will influence whether or not you decides to purchase multiple pandesals. For instance, if you know that each pandesal costs 5 pesos, you can use this information to determine and decide how many pandesals you can afford with the amount of money you have. This example demonstrates how knowledge helps in making rational decisions by providing a basis for evaluating costs and making informed choices. Through the discussion, I have learned that knowledge is crucial in making rational decisions. It helps us analyze situations, understand value, and make choices that align with our goals and resources.
